Based on her new book '26 Grains' Alex will teach a morning cookery workshop and demonstration, followed by a lunch designed by Alex and cooked by the Perch Hill team followed by book signing and shopping. 

You may only have porridge for breakfast, but as Alex will show us, there are totally delicious and healthy ways of having grains for lunch and dinner too – I am obsessed with her smoked chicken and sticky rice.
